- Contract Documents may be obtained by placing a deposit, in the amount of $50.00 per set, payable to the CMHA. No more than three (3) sets will be provided on a refundable basis to a bidder.
- Shipping and handling within Ohio is $20 per set payable to DC Reprographics. NO UPS OR FED-EX NUMBERS WILL BE USED. This charge may be paid by check, credit card or applied to your DC Reprographics account, if applicable.
- Sets may be ordered by clicking on the Order button above.
- Contractors may fax (Or EMAIL Submit@dcreprographics.com) a copy of the $50.00 deposit check written to the CMHA AND the shipping & handling charge, if paying by check, written to DC Reprographics to 614-297-1300 in order for your set(s) to ship.
- Original checks are then to be mailed to DC Reprographics at 1254 Courtland Ave. Columbus OH 43201.
- Any bidder, upon returning the documents in good condition within (14) days following the public opening of the bids, shall be returned the deposit in full.
